Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-18
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Editor Eye for Game Creators ("the Service"), operated by Shuichi Aida ("the Operator"). By using the Service, every user ("User") is deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Note: these Terms are a courtesy translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
Article 1 (Overview)
The Service is an individually operated subscription SaaS that captures the state of the selected GameObject in Unity Editor and provides it to MCP (Model Context Protocol) capable LLM clients.
Article 2 (Delivery and best-effort SLA)
Because the Service is operated by an individual, availability is provided on a best-effort basis without any service level agreement (SLA). The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to server outages, maintenance, or incidents at upstream services (Lemon Squeezy, GitHub, Google, Railway, Cloudflare, UptimeRobot, and similar providers).
Article 3 (Fees and refunds)
- The Service offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Max. Details are defined on the pricing page.
- The Pro and Max plans are subscriptions and no prorated refund is issued when cancelled mid-term.
- Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not offered as a rule, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
- See the Japanese commerce-law notice at /tokushoho.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
Users may not engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:
- Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or honor
- Reverse engineering, modification, redistribution, or unauthorized access to the Service
- Transfer or sharing of license keys with third parties (use across multiple devices by the same user is permitted)
- Interfering with the operation of the Service or placing an excessive load on it
- Fraudulent use of payment methods or registration with falsified information
Article 5 (Account and license key)
Users are responsible for managing their accounts and license keys. If fraudulent use occurs because of a leaked license key, the Operator may revoke the key.
Article 6 (Cancellation)
Pro and Max plans can be cancelled at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. The subscribed plan (Pro / Max) remains available until the next renewal date and is automatically downgraded to Free at that point. The account and the license key are retained.
Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page. Significant changes will be announced via the Discord community, email, or a notice on the landing page.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Operator is not liable for:
- Damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service by the User
- Incidents caused by upstream services (Lemon Squeezy, OAuth providers, LLM clients, Unity, and similar)
- Damages arising from service suspension, specification changes, or discontinuation
Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court that has jurisdiction over the Operator's address in the first instance.
